Policy formulations, juvenile deliquency and corporal punishments in schools:- Progressive v. retrogressive Goverments; GoK Cabinet Sec. Magoha's fallacy, mis-and-disinformed decision.

No way. We can't as a country reverse the progressive milestones
we've made in legislating informed, reasonable child policies & head
back to the dark ages of corporal punishment in schools which's has
killed countable children and left other disabled, maimed for life.
Cabinet Sec. Magoha's grossly misinformed plus dis-and-ill-informed
first as regards the basis for his primitive decision to wonna
re-introduced canning in schools which was even banned in
correctional-facilities, i.e. jails [unless I'm mistaken]; second as
to the validity of his illogical reasoning as reflected in global
trends [otherwise, African states would be the leading civilizations
as far as IQ goes]; and third, as concerns the ethics & morality
therein. Keep in mind that the UN recently annulle the status of
marijuana from a drug [rd: pharmacies] to a substance [see global
legalization/decriminalization trends] & thus blaming weed etc for the
herd-mentality of kids burning schools is null. Courts & juvenile
jails oughtta account.
