The Sellout Economy-Cartel-Thief-President-and-Terrorist-Ruto of The Adani-Loot Scam and Now The Unlawful, Repugnant, Mandera Invasion By The Foreign Jubaland Forces As The State Sits Pretty While The Residents Are Terrorized.

    The unlawful and therefore illegal occupation of the district of Mandera in Kenya North by the foreign forces of Jubaland violates the territorial integrity of the republic and is repugnant to the constitution, the law & the nation much as it might be a geopolitical game-deal by the economy-cartel-thief-President-and-terrorist-Ruto to try and save his skin from scrutiny of the investigations being undertaken by the US Senate in tryin' to change the narrative from a despot-terrorist-on-the-run to alternatively an antiterrorism president pulling forces with neighbors to exhaust the same.

     This comes in the wake of these investigations digging to lay bare why the despot-terrorist-President Ruto secretly met with the dreaded Al Shabab leadership thinking he wouldn't be sniffed-out... and so one of the reasons he could've conjured this invasion (unlike Idi Amin) to try and hoodwink the public and the institutions of democracy in PR efforts to wanna make-believe that in real sense the secret deal meeting he held was with the Jubaland forces mistaken for Al Shabab terrorists which they're now hounding outta Mandera thanks to his antiterrorism endeavors!

   But even if that was the case it beats logic & ethics why he ignorantly would still wanna do it unlawfully under the wraps of darkness the way he tried to pull the world renown economies-cartel-thief-Adani scams till the international community came to the rescue forcibly removing the economically-enslaving scam-deals from the salivating-hyena-President's mouth! Note that the international community had to forcibly intervene cause the despot-terrorist-dictator-President was going to shove it down the peoples throats despite the hues-&-cries and misgivings-&-shortfalls enumerated by the civil societies.

     The accepted lawful norm would've been to bring bills to the floors of the two houses of parliament and have the respective legislatures drill the same to it's logical conclusion without any undue influence to commission the deployment of the Jubaland forces so as to warrant their invasion of the northern Mandera district legitimately without raising suspicion or acrimony with the residents and nation at large. This would've seen the preparing of the residents of Mandera & the nation at large to the expectation of the foreign forces and their agenda to pursue the Al Shabab terrorists from their country: its implementation which would've been procedural & collaborated by their Kenyan counterparts to the security of the Mandera residents & its integrity.

   Otherwise, the economy-cartel-thief-President-and-terrorist-Ruto plus his interior CS were completely out of step & tune with the letter and spirit of the constitution and therefore held Mandera and its people ransom at the private whims, becks & calls of the executive Ruto unless they wonna tell us that the KDF & state machinery including the NSIS were caught off guard and that they lack the capacity for an emergency rapid counterinsurgency and/or an all-out war cause as matters stand such invasion is automatically a declaration of war. Period. 

   You see the gravity of the matter is that as reported people have been forced to flee their homes from the raiding and marauding foreign soldiers leaving the old, sick, kids & other vulnerables to bear the brunt of the invasion so there's no way you can claim 'twas a friendly, diplomatic invite, come-over as some narratives are tryin' to make appear. Economy-cartel-thief-President-and-terrorist-Ruto owes the nation an explanation as we wait for the US Senate to report their findings.

  Part of the reason why political pretenders-to-the throne the likes of Raila keep failing to make it to the State House is the contrast from reality with the conscious of the electorate which they assume & take for granted cause of an illusion with their narcissistic egos which drunk with power forget 'bout the law & the constitution they always yap about during the day masquerading as high priests of social justice while they drink gallons of wine at night to show their true colors as wolves in sheeps' skins.

  Raila Shamelessly rallied the Nairobi ODM MCAs to save the skin of one of his (their) political kind as in "honor among thieves," a shoddy Governor who wasn't toeing the line anymore and had evolved into a primitive strength authoritarian who treats the constitutional office like his personal dwellings or business premises and thus abusing the power of the same.

   I think Kenyans have had enough & aren't going to accept lying down the dictates of egos, primitive strength & power instead of the law. It can not be business as usual to wonna blindly carry on the impunities of covering up for the politically correct anymore they owe it to the electorate overburdened taxpayers to rule by the law. This business of shoving whims, becks & calls down people's throats in either political office or elective politics must come to a stop as will evidently be resounded in the ballots come elections then the naysayers surprisingly thereafter feign shock & confusion when they're beaten in elections.                 I was listening to some govt. proponent lawyer advocate on Milele F.M. for thief-murderer Ruto that it'll be treasonous to hold the Wednesday 25th June demonstrations cause they're allegedly headless, rioting, chaotic mobs & thus aren't protected in law; i.e. comparatively to his Safari Park demos in Kisumu. First, the "Occupy Govt. House" demos don't fit the park demo constraints or agenda cause the latter's a national concern calling for national sovereign efforts from common suffrage to overhaul an impunitive hyena-govt. of a thief-murderer naked-emperor feasting on its tax-overburdened sheep electorate. It's the cops who breach the peace like the one who shot the harmless, unarmed, "barakowa" hawker, not to mention their state-hired goons they worked hands-in-hand with. Many are the govt.s in history that've been justifiably & righteously-so overruled by its fed-up citizenry begining with Bangladesh in the recent past.
